Physical products are dispatched from our facility in Aluva, Kerala, India, by courier or freight appropriate to the item. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are confirmed on your order or quotation, as they depend on the product, configuration and destination. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at the time of order or in the quotation.
Risk passes on delivery; please inspect goods on receipt and report any transit damage within 7 days with photographs.
Charging stations, energy and battery systems, automation and custom engineering include design, delivery, installation and commissioning at your site, scheduled with you after the order is confirmed and the site and electricity connection are ready. Timelines are project-specific and confirmed in writing.
App access, EV charging network services and IoT monitoring are provided electronically and activated on confirmation of the relevant order.
