This policy applies to payments made to Automation Gallery Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") through this website, including product orders, booking or advance payments for products and services, and any online payment made via our payment gateway.

Much of what we supply — chargers, battery systems, energy storage, charging stations and custom engineering — is manufactured or configured for a specific project. Once we have begun procurement, production or site work against your confirmed order or booking, that portion of the payment is non-refundable, because the work is specific to you.
If you cancel before we have begun procurement, production or scheduling, we will refund the amount paid after deducting any costs already incurred and non-refundable payment-gateway charges. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
For standard catalogue items sold without customisation, you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, our returns terms below apply.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not matching your confirmed order, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. After inspection we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate under the product warranty.
Booked consultations or site visits may be rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days; the time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Non-refundable payment-gateway fees may be deducted.
